Two heavyweight cars going hell for leather on the drag strip certainly mixes it up from the same old supercars, but when this Dodge Durango Hellcat took on a Ford Explorer ST, no one saw the result coming.
‘Honey, did you pack the pegs for the tent?’ is usually what you’d expect to hear from a Ford Explorer family, while you’d do well to hear a single word over the roar of a Dodge Hellcat engine.
But in a bold turn of events, this Ford Explorer ST left the campsite and took a chance on the drag strip, ambitiously choosing to go up against the fabled Dodge Durango Hellcat.
And it proved to be a risk worth taking. Watch above as the impossible happened.
