Dodge’s new gas muscle car is rumored to have 550hp, and the creation was just spotted in the wild.
The brand has many variations of muscle cars under its belt, and this may be the most impressive yet.
And this muscle car was spotted roaming free and filming in Detroit.
But, just wait until you hear the way the gas-powered engine roars.
Dodge’s new gas muscle car was spotted in the wild
Dodge is one of the most identifiable muscle car manufacturers on the planet, and thanks to an upcoming release, a brand new Dodge muscle car has been spotted filming a new commercial.
Footage captured by Reddit user carrotnose258 shows a bright red car racing down some Detroit streets, and it’s safe to say that it looks mean, as well as sounding the part, too.
The Dodge Charger is set to welcome a new kid on the block with a gas-powered engine. While there is no release date confirmed as of yet, by the look of things, that day is imminent.

Dodge’s new gas muscle car is set to be a force to be reckoned with thanks to its sheer power output.
“The Next-Gen Charger SIXPACK is a gas-powered Charger that will come in two forms: a High-Output two-door with 550 horsepower and a Standard-Output four-door option with 420hp,” stated Dodge itself.
As we await more juicy details, other gearheads have expressed their interest in Dodge’s new gas muscle car, and they are impressed.

“People want to hate on it for not being a V8, but after nothing but V8s and 4 bangers forever, a straight 6 is actually cool as hell,” said an impressed gearhead.
“It sounds OK, but nothing like the deep rumble of a V8. Probably has 3 mufflers on it, and when you delete those you will hear that popping 550hp. Damn, that’s a lot of hp for an I6,” said a third.
Why are muscle cars so special?
Muscle cars are a key part of American car history, and those models helped shape the cars we see on the road today.
Even though the groundwork was being put into shaping the muscle car era many years prior, they came into their own during the 1960s.
And they’re still being produced today, and just as powerful, albeit in smaller numbers.
In fact, the 1992 Dodge Daytona IROC R/T was banned in America because it was too fast for its own good.
But, we bet that you didn’t know that this model was actually named after a Looney Tunes Character and paid homage to the icon by enlisting the help of its very own ‘meep meep’ horn.
The ‘meep meep’ won’t beat the sound of this Dodge, though, that’s for sure. Catch it in all its glory below.
