The upcoming Dutch supercar, the Donkervoort P24 RS, is about to get even faster with its new and exclusive turbos.
Hailing from the Netherlands, the need for speed is real for Donkervoort, with minimal weight and powerful thrusts pairing to create a frighteningly quick pace.
The company has now also revealed its new and exclusive turbos.
Based on F1 and Motorsport, these beauties will be the centrepiece of the bespoke engine.

The Donkervoort P24 RS is charged on a whole lot of turbo
Despite having a rich 46-year history, Donkevoort doesn’t make many vehicles, and you could be forgiven for allowing the brand to slip under the radar.
However, the supercars that do leave the Netherlands-based factory are sublime, lightweight, and incredibly quick.
Previously, the F22 was limited to just 75 units and boasted a top speed of around 180mph (290kmh).
But now the Donkervoort P24 RS is on the way and the Dutch carmaker isn’t messing around.

The upcoming supercar was announced last month, but the creators have now taken to YouTube to reveal the new turbos.
Just like many other parts in the Donkervoort fleet, the turbos will be custom-made.
In a hand-built engine named ‘PTC’ and made by racing legend Van der Lee, the ball-bearing turbochargers are set to power the car for as much as 180,000 miles of hard racing.
Van der Lee, known for its supply to Formula 1, Formula 2, and World Endurance Championship cars, promises that the turbos will be completely new, weigh just 4kg each, and will be designed for motorsport usage, even if the Donkervoort P24 RS is used as a road car.

“We prioritize high-quality, low-volume, and lightweight products, which aligns with Donkervoort’s approach. We understand each other very well,” Managing Director Jaap Van der Lee said.
“We draw lessons from aviation and Formula 1 to create turbochargers, enhancing the PTC engine’s performance across the rev range.”
