This weird thing that’s halfway between a supercar and a quadbike cruising the streets of Monaco is called the the Engler Desat.
It kind of looks like a supercar, but you drive it like a quadbike.
It’s fast as heck, and it’s not cheap.
And you’ll never guess where the engine that powers it comes from.

Like a Lambo, but you drive it like a quadbike
Built in Slovakia, the Engler Desat is powered by the same V10 that powers the Audi R8 and the Lamborghini Huracán.
But this vehicle is built entirely out of carbon fiber, which makes it a lot lighter than the Lambo, which explains the 0-60 time of just 2.5 seconds.
Ironically, the Desat is actually more expensive than the Lambo, priced at around $1.2 million.
In terms of power, the ‘standard’ version comes with 600 horsepower, but there are options to upgrade it to 1,100 horsepower.

It looks like a supercar at the front and at the back, but there’s a quadbike-style seat in the middle, and the handlebar comes from a BMW motorcycle.
It kind of looks like somebody took a supercar and slammed a quadbike right between the front and rear axles.
This is normal in Monaco
Monaco is an open-air showroom where you can find the most expensive and rarest supercars in the world.
The term ‘car spotter’, which used to be just a word and now it’s a career for some people, was basically invented here.
From the ultra-rare Bugatti Divo to the equally exotic Mercedes-AMG ONE driven by Mercedes F1 team principal Toto Wolff, anything goes.
Whatever your favorite car might be, you’re statistically very likely to spot it in Monaco.
And it gets better.
A while back, somebody spotted a shiba inu – as in actual shiba inu dog – ‘at the wheel’ of a McLaren F1 car.
Only in Monaco.
