This Jetson eVTOL is basically a private chopper for one.
It’s called the Jetson Aero One, and you don’t even need a license to operate it.

Built in Sweden, the Jetson One is an electric Vertical Take-Off Landing vehicle, hence the acronym ‘eVTOL’.
EVTOLs are all the craze right now, with a new prototype or concept being released almost every month.
People love them because they combine the convenience of an Uber with the ability to fly.

This particular single-seater aircraft is designed to be as light and as simple to fly as possible.
Four external rotors are attached to its drone-style frame and it basically has no bodywork except for a panel on the rear section and a smaller one at the front.
The Jetson eVTOL also has no doors and no windshield.
Even the interior is minimalistic and barren.
Inside the cockpit, you’ll find two sticks to maneuver the eVTOL, a seat and not a lot more.
According to the manufacturer, the Jetson Aero One is like “a jet ski or a scooter that flies”, and it is very easy to operate.
It isn’t that fast but then again it doesn’t have to be.
The electric engine gives it a top speed of 100km/h (63 mph).
This is just a prototype but it is basically production-ready.
The Jetson Aero One is priced at $92,000 and the first batch is already sold out.
It sounds like a lot for what is essentially a toy that most owners will end up using maybe once a month.
But at the end of the day this is an aircraft, and $90k for a mini-chopper is pretty reasonable.
