An F1 boss and a skateboard pro shook up Miami with one wild trick.

Skateboarder Tyshawn Jones and Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team Principal Toto Wolff linked up in the Florida city recently.

They met ahead of the 2025 Formula One Miami Grand Prix.

The two, both titans in their own sports, got to hang out and share in each other’s sporting passions.

In the world of sports, F1 carries a lot of prestige.

How many sports involve fast cars? It’s an easy sell.

Whether they’re chilling in the living rooms of millionaires or decked out like the Batmobile, we love them.

F1 stars also take their love for automobiles off the track.

George Russell is the proud owner of a $5 million Mercedes-AMG One, while Kimi Antonelli owns a Mercedes AMG GT 63 S that is technically illegal to drive.

In the world of F1, fast cars are a given, so it’s not too surprising.

But a F1 skateboarding collab wasn’t something we were expecting any time soon.

Skateboarding star Tyshawn Jones and Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team Principal Toto Wolff linked up in Miami.

They were photographed on location by Adidas, and the two shared mutual respect for each other’s sport.

Jones presented Wolff with a signed pair of his signature skate shoes.

In return, Wolff gifted Jones with a Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS jersey, also autographed.

But it wasn’t all pleasantries – there was also time for some showboating.

But before that, Wolff tried doing some flips on a skateboard.

It wasn’t quite accurate to say he was a natural talent at it, but we can’t be good at everything.

Jones put his skills on full display by jumping an open car door, while Wolff sat inside casually.

Then Wolff did some donuts in the car.

Reflecting on the day, it appeared that Jones, 26, enjoyed his day meeting the F1 legend.

“It was cool. It was fun. Skated and met up with Toto. He’s a really nice guy, super normal,” he told Office Magazine.

“Not in a bad way, but sometimes you meet people with status and stuff and they’re not nice people, or whatever.

“He was just super cool and regular. And then he tried to skateboard.

“He let me drive the car, so it was fun. It was like hanging with the homie.”

According to Jones, Wolff hadn’t been on a skateboard in 30 years, so we’ll give him credit where credit is due.

Who among us could drive an F1 car?
