Seeing a Ferrari 812 Superfast go over 200mph isn’t that surprising, as the name suggests.

But in this instance, the Ferrari reached that speed on a public road.

Watch as the supercar takes on the German autobahn, where there is no speed limit.

Ferrari 812 Superfast goes over 210mph on the German autobahn

Since the autobahn has no speed limits, we have seen many supercars show their amazing speed on the German highway.

Just recently, a millionaire used the autobahn to reach outrageous speeds in his Bugatti Chiron.

Since around 60 percent of the German highway system is unrestricted, people regularly use it to test the top speed of their cars.

In the following video, you can also see the Ferrari 812 Superfast reaching around 211mph (340km/h) speed on the autobahn.

We should say at this point, that a lot of people aren’t happy with attempts like these, as they consider them unsafe.

It goes without saying that you shouldn’t attempt this sort of stunt, especially not on roads that actually have speed limits.

Be safe out there, whatever you do.

In this case, the driver really pushed the car to the limit, since that’s the top speed of the car, according to Ferrari.

This is not even the fastest version of the car, as there’s also the Ferrari 812 Competizione, which is just a buffed-up 812 Superfast.

Even F1 star Charles Leclerc has an 812 Competizione in his personal collection.

However, the supercar will soon be replaced by Ferrari’s newest flagship 12-cylinder supercar.

812 Superfast successor

The Ferrari 812 Superfast will soon be succeeded by the Ferrari 12Cilindri, which has a top speed of 217mph or 350km/h.

It comes with a 6.5-liter heart producing 819 horsepower.

The Ferrari 12Cilindri can reach 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in 2.9 seconds and 0-125mph (200km/h) in 7.8 seconds.

Now imagine the latest supercar from the Italian car maker racing down the German autobahn with no limits.

Obviously, that would be quite a sight.

However, while waiting for someone to attempt such a stunt, you can watch the Ferrari 812 Superfast reach its top speed on the autobahn in the video above, uploaded by AutoTopNL.
