One of the very first Bugatti Bolide production cars has been delivered to its lucky new owner in the United States.
Bugatti unveiled the track-only hypercar in 2020, before announcing a production version last year.
Following extensive testing, production on the Bugatti Bolide began earlier this year.
Now, a Bolide has landed at Team CJ Works in Austin, Texas, where the team says it is the ‘first one delivered’ anywhere in the world.

The Bugatti Bolide is a hypercar like no other
The Bugatti Bolide – which gets its name from the French word ‘le bolide‘ literally meaning ‘the racing car’ – is a one-of-a-kind vehicle.
It comes with a massive 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16, the same as the Chiron Super Sport.
The beefed-up engine produces an incredible 1,578 horsepower and 1,180 lb-ft of torque, bringing its top speed to 236mph (380 km/h).
The car has a bespoke carbon fiber chassis.
The Bolide also benefits from a newly-shaped, lightweight carbon monocoque, which boosts its aerodynamics and has some serious stopping power thanks to its carbon-carbon brake system that took Brembo two years to develop.
Weighing just 1450 kg (dry), the Bolide has a power-to-weight ratio of more than 1100hp per tonne.
Bugatti is only producing 40 units
To keep the car as exclusive as it is powerful, Bugatti announced that it would be producing just 40 units.
And now, one of those 40 has been delivered to its new owner in Texas.
Images of the stunning hypercar were shared on the Team CJ Works Instagram page alongside the caption: “2025 Bugatti Bolide in the care of Team CJ. 1 of 40 and the first one delivered worldwide”.
The car has the launch specification blue and black paintwork with matching interior.
It’s unclear who the lucky owner of the Bolide is but in a comment, Team CJ Works confirmed that it had gone to ‘a racer’ and will ‘see plenty of track time’ – so at least we know it will be put to good use.
