Florida airport worker has some fun by giving Learjet one last flight before it's scrapped for good

In a hilarious yet heartwarming last-ditch attempt to allow a Learjet plane to live out its destiny before heading to the scrapyard, this Florida airport worker lent a huge helping hand to give it one last flight.

Unfortunately, having fulfilled their purpose in the air, some airplanes are sent out to the scrapyard to have their legacies ripped apart, wing by wing, as spare parts for active craft.

But in a guard-of-honor-esque way, they always deserve to go out in style.

As you can see in the video above, this old plane was given emotional and physical support as it twirled through the air for one last wild ride.
