In his spare time away from the track, Alpine racer and Formula One heartthrob Pierre Gasly has upped his aesthetic game by designing a $70,000 luxury watch that will hit the market with Swiss watchmaker H. Moser & Cie.
Gasly is one of the poster boys of F1, often winning over his French fans with suave outfits and fancy apparel.
But the runway and possible podiums might be set to get even grander for Pierre.
Alongside H. Moser & Cie., Gasly has designed a new Streamliner Alpine Drivers Edition watch, which combines sport and sophistication for $70k.

In Formula One, every millisecond is vital, as timings come down to the tiniest details imaginable.
There’s always one eye on the watch, whether it’s in one-off lap times during qualifying or studying every inch of driving data to see where improvements can be made throughout a 70-lap stint.
So it’s only natural that the biggest luxury jewellery makers target Formula One for partnerships, the highlight of which might be this REC made from deconstructed pieces of Ayrton Senna’s iconic Lotus car.
Now, Alpine racer Pierre Gasly and H. Moser & Cie. have collaborated to create a skeleton luxury watch that honors the elite manufacturing and rich aesthetics of the racing world.

The Drivers Edition and Mechanic Edition both sport similar appearances, with rubber straps maintaining the sporty approach.
Gasly himself was hands-on in the development and design of the watches, choosing to have the see-through watch face and mechanical cog look on his Drivers Edition.
“Personally, I love to see the mechanism through the watch,” Gasly said.
“There were different designs which covered the back of the watch, but to me, that’s what I appreciate the most, because that’s where you see all the artwork from the people putting all the mechanisms together.”
The Mechanics Edition gets more digital, with an eye on the stopwatch.
There will be 200 units of the luxury watch made, which are now available to be purchased.

Graduating from the same Red Bull Junior Programme as Max Verstappen, Gasly has enjoyed a more than respective career on the F1 grid.
Alongside Alex Albon, the young Frenchman is one of the survivors of the cursed second Red Bull seat, which has claimed the careers of Sergio Perez, Daniel Ricciardo, and, most recently, Liam Lawson.
Gasly has a Grand Prix win at Monza under his belt and five more podiums to boot. In recent years, he has firmly established himself as one of the best racers outside the big four teams (Red Bull, McLaren, Mercedes, and Ferrari).
Capable of going toe-to-toe with the backmarkers of that group like Kimi Antonelli, Yuki Tsunoda, and Sir Lewis Hamilton in 2025, more podiums could feature in Gasly’s future, especially if Alpine can kick into gear before the arrival of Audi and General Motors in 2026.
Hopefully, if Gasly sports the watch itself, it has a better fate than the $500k Richard Mille that Carlos Sainz wore…
