These guys from Tennessee bought a partly-wrecked 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser that had been in a severe crash but survived, and they only bought it so they could repair it and have some fun with the SUV.
After all, the modern Land Cruiser is built like a tank and if they could repair it for cheap, it would be a pretty solid deal.
However, durability proved to be a double-edged sword in this case because while the SUV mostly survived, there was some severe frame damage.
The guys thought they could fix it in just a few days, but they spent more than double the time they thought they would and ended up putting in a lot of work.

Damaged Toyota Land Cruiser was pretty beat up
Folks from the goonzquad YouTube channel bought a 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser that was probably rear-ended in a crash.
In a video they made about it, one of the hosts said they wanted to restore it because owning one would be cool.
However, they only realized the damage after getting it inside their garage.
For context, these are the same guys who recently gave a McLaren Senna a second chance at life.
They also fixed up a Lamborghini Aventador for cheap, so they obviously knew what they were getting into.
Anyway, the Land Cruiser had extreme levels of frame damage, and replacing it would cost well above $10,000.
On top of that, a few body panels were pretty much gone and would need replacement.
So, they decided to fix everything themselves — what they could, anyway.
Fixing it was too much work
With the help of another YouTuber from vTuned garage, they started repairing the frame.
How did they do that, you might ask?
Using hydraulics and heat, they pulled back the bent frame to its original position.
Although that was just one task, it took them five days to get there.
The idea was to get it all sorted in two days or so, but this SUV wasn’t playing around.
The Toyota Land Cruiser is one sturdy machine, and so is its frame.
Its durable frame was super thick and dense, which didn’t make things easier.
That said, these guys managed to pull everything back together and installed a new quarter panel.
Most of the work was done, and the car was ready for finishing touches including some bodywork and paint.
It’s like the SUV fought back, but it was absolutely worth the trouble.
In the future, the YouTubers plan to add aftermarket mods to it — a modified and tuned Land Cruiser looks seriously mean, by the way.
