Horacio Pagani’s personal car is a very appropriate $12 million supercar, made even more special by the meaning behind this particular Pagani Zonda F for Horacio Pagani himself.

Horacio Pagani is the man who set up the famous supercar company, and it, of course, made waves with the Zonda in the late 1990s.

Naturally, Horacio drives one of his own cars himself, and it’s the car that belonged to the first customer of the company, but also Horacio’s mentor and friend, Benny Caiola.

The fact that this car now belongs to the founder of the company himself is quite poetic, and it adds to the special meaning of the supercar.

The Pagani Zonda is a special car for Horacio Pagani

The supercar in question is a Zonda F, and it’s one of the most distinctive ever made.

Adorning the supercar is its Bianco Benny paint scheme, featuring a gorgeous pearl white finish.

The color was actually custom-made to match that of Benny Caiola’s hair.

Caiola was the first customer for the company and became a close friend and mentor to Horacio himself.

Sadly, Caiola passed away in 2010, and Horacio honored his friend in the best way possible.

He did this with the track-focused Huayra BC (Benny Caiola), with an example spotted in Connecticut.

But an even better way to honor his friend was to look after his pride and joy.

Horacio Pagani’s personal car is a fine example of the Zonda

The Zonda F in question ended up passing through several owners over the years, including Benny Caiola.

While not the first Zonda his friend bought, it is one that he cherished during his ownership of the car.

Under the hood is a mighty 7.3-liter Mercedes-Benz AMG V12 engine.

AMG V12s are used in all the company’s supercars, including the Huayra and the latest Utopia, as seen here.

With a top speed of 214mph and a 0-60mph time of just 3.6 seconds, the supercar is also incredibly fast.

Only 25 Pagani Zonda F models were ever made in coupe form, including Horacio Pagani’s personal car.

The legendary supercar is now worth up to $12 million, and it recently had a major overhaul costing $11,200.

This Pagani Zonda F ensures that the legacy of the company, its founder, and his best friend will live on for many years.
