Max Verstappen has paid more than a pretty penny for his new superyacht, but knowing what other F1 icons have will leave you mindblown.
As an F1 legend, Verstappen often tries to take his breaks outside of the limelight.
This often takes him offshore, swapping the paparazzi for dolphins.
But his latest superyacht is an upgrade on his old one, and its multi-million-dollar pricetag looks to be worth every cent.

Max Verstappen owns a stunning $15m superyacht
Outside of the Red Bull cockpit, Max Verstappen has a lot of high-powered toys.
Whether it’s his Bond-inspired car collection, topped with the new Ford Mustang GTD, or taking to the air in his own private jet, life doesn’t slow down for the F1 world champion.
But his best pastimes appear to be aboard his private yacht, whether that be chilling with his family, including newborn child Lily, or taking the jet-skis out for a spin on the waves.
The yacht in question is a $15 million Mangusta Grandsport 33, boasting a pool, a beach club, and cabins for up to 12 guests.

Verstappen took delivery of the superyacht last year, dwarfing fellow drivers’ boats like fierce rival George Russell and his $2.8m race car on water.
But the cool $15m is for the entry-level yacht. Yup, they get MUCH more expensive than this. Because $15m is nowhere near as much as other F1 personalities have splashed.
F1 icons love splashing cash and making waves
When it comes to F1 icons and their boats, nothing comes close to the newly ordered Project 714 from Feadship, which is the latest $106m purchase from Aston Martin team owner Lawrence Stroll, father of racer, Lance.
Stroll is downsizing too, having sold his previous $200m boat, Faith, to fellow F1 father Michael Latifi.
But who’s to tell Max Verstappen that he can’t enjoy his water adventures in his $15m vessel?

More racing icons are heading off on the shores, with Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton both enjoying the solemn silence of the ocean, away from the noisy tracks.
