Customize Tesla with exterior upgrades
Naturally, where customization and imagination are concerned, you immediately think of aesthetics. How can you make your EV look better?
Tesla cars, despite looking pretty cool already, do come with exterior modification options.

The basic exterior upgrades begin with vinyl wraps.
From Tesla, you can pick up to six colors. While these are usually painted on fresh cars, you can also have vinyl wraps installed at Tesla garages.
The same goes for tinted windows.
More bodywork elements are standard upgrade features from Tesla, such as De-Chroming (the process of swapping out the chrome trims and the emblem for black alternatives), paint protection, and a tow hitch on the Model 3, X, and Y.
Finally, depending on the Model, you can also get a range of wheels, typically spanning from 18-inch to 22-inch.
Of course, there are other ways to customise a Tesla – tuning garages up and down the United States have begun work on widebody Cybertrucks, while some going as far as turning the Model S Plaid into a track ‘demon’.
Bespoke Tesla interior redesigns
Comfort is key, right? Tesla has done a good job of creating EVs that have you feeling like you’re floating in a cloud with just a small hummingbird flapping as its power source.
But there’s still room for improvement.

Heated seats, floor mats, trim accents, and ambient lighting are all popular industry-wide features that Tesla offers.
But to better customize Tesla EVs, the interior redesign doesn’t come complete without a new audio aftermarket system and an improved center console.
The latter, while being a part of the interior redesigns, is also the hub for the personalized software modifications.
Personalized software modifications
Arguably, the best way to customize Tesla EVs is with its software modifications, specifically the driving-orientated features.
On some of the older models where autopilot was first introduced, full self-driving mode (FSD) was not yet released.
However, nowadays, for a sum of $8,000 or $99 a month, your car can be upgraded with the tech.

With an increased portfolio of streaming and arcade options on the infotainment system, you can also customize Tesla EVs to make sure that your passengers are as entertained to the max – and yourself, when stationary.
