When your weekend plans include a 6×6 diesel limo and a route near something that feels like Area 51, you know it’s going to be a memorable trip.
Four YouTubers from Idaho flew to Salt Lake City at 3 am on a mission to buy an absurdly long, six-wheeled limo.
Their goal was to drive it over 700 miles back home, with no trailer, no backup plan, and just optimism powering their trip.
As you may expect, driving a large vehicle like a 6X6 diesel limo, the journey was everything but boring.

A 6×6 diesel limo means you have extra wheels
The YouTubers from Grind Hard Plumbing Co arrived in Salt Lake City first thing in the morning to inspect the diesel limo.

After checking out the massive vehicle, they confirmed it was exactly as ridiculous as it sounded.
One of them even commented that the limo’s interior was bigger than his living room.

These guys seem to have an affinity for 6×6 vehicles, given the fact that they previously put real F1 wheels on their 6×6 Kei truck and drove it in extreme weather.
With the keys in hand, they fueled up, bought supplies for the road, including gear to sleep inside the limo, and hit the highway.
Though they quickly realized the tires were in questionable condition, they decided to roll the dice and head toward some off-road trails with their 6×6 limo.
This turned out to be a bad decision, as unsurprisingly, a tire blew out, although it lasted a decent 57 miles before doing so.

The group also raised a good point: since they had six tires, they could afford to lose two and still have four like a normal car.
With that impeccable logic, they limped along the shoulder at snail’s pace until they reached a tire repair shop.
There, they picked up two slightly mismatched used tires, shrugged it off, and kept moving.
Passing by a suspicious Area 51-style station
The weirdest moment came in the middle of nowhere, when they passed a military five-ton truck.

Confused, they looked around and realized they were near something called the US Sheep Experiment Station.
Naturally, the jokes started flying: was this some kind of government cover-up? An Area 51 for sheep?
The name, the isolation, and the mystery all came together to give off secret base vibes.
In the end, the journey was smoother – and funnier – than expected.
Despite worn tires and a questionable repair plan, the diesel limo handled the long-distance haul like a champ.
The crew even managed to do a few donuts in the snow without any damage to the car.

The YouTubers were left impressed with their new six-wheeled behemoth, and seem keen to take it on more adventures.
