These guys flew from Seattle to Nebraska to buy the cheapest supercar in America, a 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10 with a V10 engine — but instantly regretted it.
They planned to fly to Omaha, Nebraska, and drive the supercar 1500 miles back to Seattle.
However, there was one massive problem with the plan as the Viper didn’t have any door handles, side windows, or even a roof.
With no roof and windows to protect them from rain and dust, they had to resort to some unconventional solutions.

Buying the cheapest supercar in America
Travis Jordan from the Ideal Cars YouTube channel bought the 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10 back in Aug 2020.
They traveled all the way to Omaha, Nebraska to buy the cheapest supercar in America sight unseen.
However, they instantly regretted their decision as they had to make a 1,500-mile road trip with no roof or side windows.
The only saving grace was that despite being an old first-generation Dodge Viper it was running quite well.
Unfortunately, the duo had to buy noise-suppression ear muffs as the V10 was rather loud.
In addition to that, they also had to deal with the cops as the seller feared that they gave her a fraudulent check.
Fortunately, they were able to resolve the issue without any delays and set forth on their road trip.
According to the guys, they bought the 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10 for $14,000, which is quite a steal.
Even the world’s cheapest supercar which goes for $38,000 pales in comparison to this deal.
The only repair they had to make before setting out on their road trip was realigning the car as the steering wheel was a little bit crooked.
Hard journey back home
The hardest part was driving the car 1500 miles and bringing it back to Seattle.
Unfortunately, on their way back it started raining twice.
So they improvised and built a makeshift roof from an American flag.
Once they made it home to Seattle, they ended up being super happy with their purchase, not least because they made it there in one piece.
So, it turns out this gamble paid off for these guys, unlike this man who bought a 1962 Chevy Corvette and instantly regretted it after closer inspection.
