This Tesla hack is important if your electrical doors fail

EVs and other modern cars have clever, state-of-the-art features that often rely solely on electricity to enable them to work.

But what happens if, for some reason, they stop working completely?

Well, this EV owner and TikTok content creator has you covered and shared one clever hack that could really come in handy in the future.

Creator markdiesel34 shared that there is a hidden feature in the door where the buttons are, further down from the usual door release.

“There’s a redundant release, and this pulls up to release the door right there,” the EV enthusiast said.

“This is the mechanical lever, and virtually all cars have that with the electronic openers.”

He showed how the lever can help you exit the vehicle without the need for the electric release to open the door.

After the news came to light online, other car owners couldn’t help but comment their thanks to the creator for his useful advice.

“They should show all buyers that when they purchase the car,” said one user.

“Wow thank you watching this thinking I’m never going to need this info cuz I can’t afford any of those cars but I may rent one sometime,” said another.

“Great info thank you,” a third added.

Tesla has impressive features within its vehicles

From Full Self Driving Mode to Tesla Dog Mode, the EV company has many different perks of its operating systems.

Many owners have shared how they use the features.

In fact, one Colorado man took his Tesla Model 3 camping in below-freezing temperatures to test the energy consumption and comfort in Camp Mode.

Plus, another man updated his software to find a feature that blew his mind and taught others how to access it.
