Eagle-eyed Brits have spotted an incredibly rare supercar – a $3 million Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA) T.50 – parked outside the most notorious budget pub chain in a small UK town.

There’s hardly a town in the UK that doesn’t have a Wetherspoons pub.

It’s the hallmark of any place, as the locals pour in every night for budget beer, budget food, and nothing but high energy and laughter.

But it’s not every day that a $3m supercar rolls up for a £10 curry-and-pint deal.

$3m rare supercar spotted outside of Weymouth Wetherspoons

Given the rich history of supercars in the small island that is the UK, spotting multi-million dollar Aston Martins or Bentleys is becoming more common.

But most of these rare supercars are spotted at showcases or ripping down the motorway in the black of night.

Not outside of the local bar.

This $3m Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA) T.50, however, has been pictured cruising around the south of England, pulling up at the local Wetherspoons bar in Devon.

This particular image was snapped in the UK town of Weymouth, Devon, and posted to the Jacobs Supercars Facebook group.

Other Facebook users spotted the car in nearby towns like Torquay, with the rare supercar clearly getting a good run out.

Gordon Murray Automotive only plans on making 100 T.50 supercars priced at around $3m.

GMA T.50 five years in the making gets regular outings

One Facebook user reportedly spoke with the owner, even snatching a video of the car up close.

According to the user, the GMA T.50 was five years in the making. And it’s being driven around regularly to blow off any post-factory cobwebs.

“The owner said he was waiting five years for it to be built, he’s had it around one month, and blasts it around at weekends to iron out any issues with it.

“He was very approachable this morning in the B&B we were staying at,” said user Simon Howitt Sears-Piccavey.

The T.50 has only made a handful of public appearances outside of showcases at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, with one previously being spotted in Dubai in a similar hue to this UK one.
