Watching an airplane land is nothing special these days, but when someone captures it during a sunset and from the right angle, it can be one of the most pleasing things to witness — just like this video of a Japan Airlines Airbus A350 landing during a sunset.

It’s probably the calming sunset and the subtle music that make it appealing, but it’s a remarkable sight and unfathomably satisfying to watch.

The A350 shown in the video was making its way to a runway in Osaka, Japan, during the evening.

It might have been coasting into the Land of the Rising Sun, but the sun was very much setting in this instance.

Japan Airlines Airbus A350 lands in the most calming way ever

The video was uploaded on X by an account called Aviation, which shows the Japan Airlines plane just above the runway before it finally landed.

You don’t get to watch sights like these every day, that’s for sure.

The video is too perfect to miss — it might be its location that checks several ‘pleasant to watch’ boxes.

For instance, the runway and tarmac lights were shining, there were short hills in the background, and a dimly lit sky with the sun almost set.

It might sound a bit too artistic, but the location made it seem like that.

In addition, you have the aircraft itself — the Airbus A350.

More about the airplane

It might look like just about any other passenger plane, but it has cool tricks up its sleeve.

Getting a cockpit view of a pilot flying this plane is another thing entirely, but this certainly takes the win here if you prefer to watch from far away.

Anyway, the plane also holds the record for taking part in Singapore Airlines’ world’s shortest flight.

It is fairly large, too — the passenger airplane can fit up to 440 passengers and has a wingspan of nearly 213 feet.

Now, the A350 is nowhere near the world’s largest passenger aircraft, but you get the point.

In the end, the video is like one of those ‘calm your mind’ videos, and you might relish it if you’re an aviation enthusiast — or not, for that matter.
