It takes a lot for Jay Leno to feel like he can’t handle a car, but this 900hp Cadillac may have just done the trick.

This is a heavily modified 2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing, courtesy of Parker Nirenstein, the founder of YouTube channel Vehicle Virgins.

While appearing on Jay Leno’s Garage, Nirenstein got to show off the Blackwing to the former late-night host.

But once they took it out for a spin, Leno quickly realized that this car was capable of more than he could handle.

This modified Cadillac was lot – even for a car aficionado like Jay Leno

Over the years, Jay Leno has gotten behind the wheel of some seriously cool cars.

Let’s face it – the comedian turned YouTuber has a car collection that is hard to beat.

There’s a reason his collection is the third most popular with Google searchers, trailing only Cristiano Ronaldo and Bill Gates.

His collection is estimated to be worth around $100 million, and that figure alone is staggering.

But even a seasoned gearhead like Leno knows when he’s met his match.

And that may well just have happened with this 2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing that appeared on his web series recently.

Despite the name, this car was all about the blue – but you’d be feeling anything but blue driving.

Equipped with a Magnetic Ride Control 4.0, it sends 750hp to the wheels, which translates to around 900hp at the crank.

And that’s not all – it could be capable of 1,600hp with further modification.

Despite all that power, this car still serves well as a practical daily driver, helped in part by its massaging seats and full-sized trunk.

What would Leno make of it when he took it out for a drive?

The driving experience was very memorable

Noting that the car offered more horsepower than many hypercars, Leno was impressed by the car’s lack of chassis flex.

In fact, he was surprised by how docile the car was on his drive around Los Angeles.

But he did concede that he was holding back somewhat.

“I’m not good enough to do what this is capable of doing… I’m not good enough to get it to do what it’s capable of doing,” he admitted.

What this car needs is a race track and somebody who is ready to throw caution into the atmosphere.

Reflecting on his time appearing on Leno’s show, Nirenstein was wholly positive.

“As a fan of Jay Leno, it’s been a dream of mine to be on his YouTube show for over 10 years now,” he told Supercar Blondie.

“It was incredibly exciting to finally make that happen! While I had a gut feeling he was going to really like the car, it put a smile on my face seeing how much he enjoyed driving it.

“He actually told me if he could only have a one-car garage, it might be the Blackwing as it does everything!”
