Gordon Ramsay, the fiery celebrity chef, is no stranger to making headlines, but this time, it wasn’t for his cooking – instead, his $2 million steel blue Aston Martin Valour.
When Ramsay was spotted driving the amazing piece of machinery in London, New York restaurateur Keith McNally took the opportunity to take a dig.
Taking to Instagram to call out the chef, McNally called Ramsay’s Valour ‘vulgar and expensive’.
That’s not all he said either.

Gordon Ramsay trolled by Keith McNally over his Aston Martin Valour
McNally, who owns famous restaurants like Balthazar and Pastis, posted a photo of Ramsay getting into the luxury vehicle.
In his caption, he labeled the Kitchen Nightmares star as ‘foul-mouthed’ and ‘bullying’, adding that he wasn’t surprised Ramsay drove ‘the most vulgar and expensive car imaginable’.
McNally’s trolling of the celebrity chef didn’t end there.
He even compared Ramsay to a comment made about Quentin Tarantino having ‘a face like a backside’.
“Playwright Alan Bennett once said that Quentin Tarantino has a face like a backside. I’ve often thought the same could be said about Gordon Ramsay OBE,” he said.
This isn’t the first time Gordon Ramsay has been seen driving his Aston Martin Valour, but McNally’s take on it certainly thrust it into the spotlight.
The comments section quickly lit up with mixed reactions.
What did people think of the comment?
One user sided with McNally, saying, ‘One can get around London easier without a car. I love your honesty about egos’.
Another called the car ‘a fantastic piece of machinery’, clearly impressed by the Aston Martin Valour.
Many jumped to Ramsay’s defense, with one user stating, ‘I’ve never met Gordon but know people who have, and they say he’s actually very kind and funny. Most of what you see on TV is an act’.
Ramsay has made a name for himself for his outspoken personality, he’s even made it clear that he won’t be leaving his fortune to his kids.
Despite what you might think of the celebrity chef, there’s no doubt he drives an incredible car.
