A man who owns a LaFerrari has revealed the common reaction he gets from people while driving on the street.
YouTuber Makito had never ridden in a Ferrari before, let alone a LaFerrari.
But fortunately, he got that chance when he interviewed a man called Ken on his channel.
They discussed a lot in the video, including what Makito called the ‘supercar effect’.

What sort of reactions does this man get while driving his LaFerrari?
This car was being driven through the streets of a Japanese city, allowing the two men the chance to converse about the public’s reaction.
“I think this is a common thing with supercars, when we stop, more people will run across the street… people run when there’s a supercar,” Ken said.

“I guess you could call it a supercar effect,” Makito replied.
“There are a lot of foreigners who give the thumbs up… whether he’s successful or not, there’s a lot of respect,” Ken replied.
And can you really blame people for getting this way?
The LaFerrari is a statement car through and through, whether it’s hanging from a mansion ceiling or parked up outside of Harrods.

Even when it’s in blue, it’s a real head turner.
To see it glide along the street in Makito’s video is wondrous, as it stands out so beautifully.
Makito obviously chose well when it came to selecting the first Ferrari he’d take a ride in.

Special cars get special attention
This limited-production hybrid hypercar was produced between 2013 and 2018, serving as a successor to the Enzo.

Capable of hitting top speeds of 217mph and a V12 engine producing 950hp, this is a car to be reckoned with.
So it’s absolutely deserving of some fanfare when it’s out on the streets.
We’ve seen plenty of cars get that sort of reaction – remember when this Lamborghini Aventador drove through the neighborhoods of Old City in India?
