A casual Rolls-Royce driver turns out to own $100M
A TikTok channel known for interviewing entrepreneurs identified a millionaire by the kind of car he drove.
Spotting one of the classiest cars ever made, a black Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe, the host of The School Of Hard Knocks flagged it down.
He then asked the driver a few questions about how he could afford such a gorgeous car.
Turns out, the man he was interviewing was Tony Cuccio, CEO and founder of Cuccio Global Distribution.
You may not have heard of him, but his man made his fortune by taking gel nails global in the 1980s. And he’s been making money from it ever since.
@theschoolofhardknocks He made $100 MILLION off of a crazy business 🤯 I interviewed a nine figure entrepreneur in Beverly Hills and I asked him how he scaled his company to over nine figures in sales. I also asked him the best financial advice he received throughout his career. I asked him whether he thinks product or distribution is more important in business and how he got his products into over 90 countries globally! Lastly, I asked him if he believes in God and the importance of faith for him. #wealth #financialfreedom #entrepreneur #motivation ♬ original sound – The School of Hard Knocks
The secrets of making a fortune
The entrepreneur started with only $200 on Venice Beach. He’s since managed to get his gel nail business to make him $100M.
After being asked for his best financial advice for someone looking to make money, he had one very definite reply.
“Save your f*cking money and don’t waste it on stupid sh*t,” he said.
He then went on to describe how he got his luxury Rolls-Royce.
“This car was $520,000, I bought it at auction for $175,000. I could buy 100 brand new, but I wouldn’t spend $500,000 on a car.”
Seems like it’s not what you invest in, but how you invest in goods that’s the difference between a millionaire and someone who isn’t.
