This British man’s dream came true after he paid just 32 cents and got a brand new $190k Ferrari 488 GTB V8.
A lifeguard from Leeds, UK, entered into a car competition called Best Of The Best (BOTB) for the first time ever and the ticket only cost him 32 cents (25p).
The lifeguard was over the moon and his reaction was priceless, even getting the host of the competition to help him stand up because he was so shocked.
It was the first time ever he’d even been inside a Ferrari, let alone been the proud owner of one and his enormous grin as he revved the engine is enough to bring a smile to even the most stone-hearted amongst us.

He paid 32 cents for a $190k Ferrari 488
Meet Soroush Shemshadi, a lifeguard from Leeds in the UK, a proud owner of a $190k Ferrari 488 GTB V8, who managed to get his hands on it for just 32 cents (25p) in an online competition.
The online competition was run by a company called Best Of The Best (BOTB) who do various weekly lottery competitions for people to win cars or the cash equivalent of the car.
Even though BOTB run their competitions all the time, Soroush must be the luckiest man in the world as it was his first time ever paying for a ticket, although it was only 32 cents of his hard-earned cash, you could tell he couldn’t believe his amazing luck.
When the host of the competition Christian arrived at his home to let the lucky lad know, Soroush couldn’t believe it and his disbelief only grew.
The reaction to the UK’s cheapest supercar
The Leeds lifeguard was shaking like a leaf and his legs were giving way so much that he asked Christian to help him stand up.
“I can’t stand,” he told him.
His grin when he saw his new supercar was priceless and his reaction to not only being the proud owner, but also experiencing his first time inside a Ferrari 488 is enough to warm even the coldest of hearts.
We don’t know if he kept the Ferrari 488 or took the cash equivalent, but BOTB hope that: “Should he opt for the car, we are sure he will have plenty of miles full of smiles.”
