This man managed to take his bargain Porsche 911 that he bought for $19,000 to the dealer and was left surprised by their verdict.
After snapping up the car for a price that many gearheads will be envious of, it was time to see if there were any glaring issues that needed to be tackled.
So, he went to the dealer to see what was really going on under the hood.
The car got a full check-up and inspection, and a few things were flagged.

YouTube creator Cowland Car Collection shared how he purchased a bargain Porsche 911 for a cheap price of just $19,000.
So, to find out just what was really going on under the hood, he took it to a Porsche dealer.
The 911 was under a scheme that allowed the service to be cheaper, so he decided to take full advantage.
The Porsche looked to be in good shape and just needed to be checked over as the YouTuber’s wife and kids would be using the car.

During the service, a few issues were found. They included non-genuine brake discs and some welding that wasn’t the best, amongst other things.
It also had a coolant pipe that needed replacing as well as an oil leak, but the general consensus was that the car was in decent condition.
The technician also plugged in a diagnostic tester to flag any electrical faults, which showed a list of recorded faults. A fog light issue was found, as they were also non-genuine.
Undeneath the car, they found corrosion was found underneath the car and seized brake bleed nipples.

All in all, the service was discounted at the UK dealer from £1285 ($1,735) to £473 ($638) plus tax. Then there were the parts that he needed, which were £85 ($115), and the extra work was £392 ($529) plus tax.
The grand total was £1,200 ($1,620), which isn’t bad, you have to admit.
The 911 is a cult classic in the car world
The 911 model first launched into the scene almost 62 years ago at the Frankfurt International Motor Show.
Full production of the car began in September 1964, and it’s been going strong ever since.
The car is loved by gearheads all over the world, too, thanks to its serious need for speed.
One gearhead loved the Porsche 911 so much that he bought a fire-damaged version for under $8,800 and fixed it up to sell it for a major profit.
In fact, did you know that we’re selling a piece of Porsche history? A Porsche 911 that was driven and autographed by Ayrton Senna is available on SBX cars, our supercar selling platform.
