This man accepted every Uber Eats order on a quest to pay off his $26,000 used Tesla and tried to see how much he could make.
When it comes to buying cars, the pleasure does not come cheap, with even second-hand and used cars costing hefty amounts.
So, after buying a $26,000 used Tesla, one man tried to pay it off in a novel way.
And, it turns out that Uber Eats might not be the easiest way to make the money back.

This man used Uber Eats to try and pay off his $26,000 used Tesla
Buying any car certainly doesn’t come cheap, but buying an EV can sometimes come with a larger price tag attached.
One man found this out firsthand when he bought a used Tesla for $26,000. So to try and pay off the large hole in his wallet, he tried a certain vocation.
We previously visited content creator Keep Going when he documented his first-ever day using DoorDash and Uber Eats. That day, he managed to make a total of just over $74.

But now, he was back for more with a $100 goal for the day. So with his Tesla and Uber Eats app, he headed out to make some money.
The day started strong, with the first two orders almost making him $30, and a few other successful ones following. But after an initially positive start, things went downhill.
The dinner shift was quiet, and he received orders that wouldn’t earn him much at all.
After picking up the camera again a week later, the creator tried to take on a few more orders, but he came to one big conclusion.
“Uber Eats is definitely hit or miss, depending on the time of day, your area, and a whole lot of different things,” he explained.

So, he hatched a plan for previous Uber Eats adventures and decided that he was going to head to San Francisco to see if he would have better success, which he says he will update his channel on once completed.
Tesla EVs don’t come cheap
Tesla is a frontrunner in the EV game, and thanks to high demand, its cars have substantial price tags.
Vehicles, including the Tesla Cybertruck and Model Y, have high-tech features, and the cost doesn’t stop there either.
Special add-ons like Full Self Driving Mode add to the cost, and some special modes and features even require a subscription.
For example, one man thought that a WeBuyAnyCar employee was ‘joking’ after taking $69,896 Tesla Model Y for valuation.
Plus, forget even purchasing a car; maintenance can cost a fair bit, too. Take this Tesla driver, for example, who was left stunned after seeing the bill that he got from driving over a nail.
