A junkyard in Maryland is full to the brim with muscle cars, with many of them being the iconic Ford Mustang.

The junkyard was showcased on YouTube two years ago by the Rustomod channel.

And the yard was so big that it had three parts, with the YouTubers unable to fit everything they found into one video.

Having sat rusting away in the yard for many years, the cars were in all sorts of conditions, ranging from huge wrecks to ones that could be restored.

Walking through the yard, it’s clear that there were a crazy number of Ford Mustangs hiding away in this yard.

Mustangs are the main focus of the yard, but other cars were also rusting away.

A Ford Fairlane is one, shown early in the video, and complete with its original motor.

A Mustang Fastback is also shown early on.

The rear end was bent in suggesting it was once in a wreck.

Some more modern Mustangs are also in the yard, with one in red looking as though it was once in a serious accident.

With so many cars in the yard, there are also plenty of spare parts, ranging from doors, hoods, and trunk lids.

Thankfully, these cars are available to purchase, either for spare parts or outright restoration.

That means quite a lot of them could end up back on the road again.

Sadly, that isn’t the case for all of these cars, though, with some damaged beyond repair.

Yards like this are scattered all over the United States.

They contain all sorts of cars, ranging from muscle cars, sports cars, to sedans, and SUVs.

A lot of gearheads might wince at the sight of so many Mustangs rusting away in this Maryland yard.

Throughout the video, the YouTubers try to see if there is anything they could save or at least get running again.

A few candidates do arise.

But they will all take a lot of work to get back to their former glory.

Let’s hope that some of these Mustangs can find their way to a good home.
