Of all the crazy things you’ve ever seen, you’ve probably never seen a plane’s landing gear being fixed mid-flight.
But recent, jaw-dropping footage has revealed an instance of exactly that happening.
Back in 1985, Scott Gordon’s landing gear failed while flying over St. Augustine in Florida.
Mechanic Jim Moser decided to race down the runway in his Audi at 90mph to fix the plane.
And the absolutely unreal footage above shows aviation mechanic Joe Lippo fixing the plane’s landing gear mid-flight – from the sunroof!
