A new cutting-edge Bugatti production facility has been unveiled by the car company, ready for its $4 million Bugatti Tourbillon hypercar, which arrives in 2026.
The French manufacturer is preparing to build its next generation of hypercars and supercars, hence the need for a brand new purpose-built facility.
Its new facility will be nestled in the grounds of the Château Saint Jean where the company has called home since the 1920s.
While it is a sprawling, modern structure, the new Bugatti production facility has been constructed tastefully. This allows it to blend in with the countryside and the chateau’s surroundings.

Why was there a need for a new cutting-edge Bugatti production facility?
Set to begin production of the Tourbillon hypercar, Bugatti needed a new location to build them.
Every step of the hypercar’s build will take place in what it calls the Atelier.
The building itself is 132 meters in length and 25 meters in width.
It’s been crafted beautifully into the landscape.

To ensure it isn’t too intrusive, the company has given it a grass roof and a garden, and it has quite a low profile.
It is not a tall, behemoth of a building but a long, slim structure.
It should also be a pleasing environment for workers, thanks to the natural light let in by its huge windows.
The Tourbillon begins Bugatti’s next generation
The focus of the new factory will be the Bugatti Tourbillon.
This is a car that kickstarts the next generation and one that Alex Hirschi, Supercar Blondie herself, has been able to look at.
This new hypercar succeeds the Chiron, and production is set to commence in 2026.
It will be the first ever hybrid car from the French manufacturer.
With that, gone is the old W16 that we all know and love.
However, the Tourbillon still has a massive 8.4-liter Cosworth V16 under the hood, making 986hp.
That is backed up by three electric motors, producing a combined 789hp.
In total, the Torubillon makes 1,775hp and 1,464lb-ft of torque.

It is a very impressive hypercar, being built in an equally impressive factory.
The company also says the Bugatti Tourbillon will have enough electric range for 37 miles.
That makes it perfect for short trips to the shop.
With Mate Rimac at the helm and a new car and facility incoming, the future of the company looks bright.
