Race car driver Pablo Pérez Companc had a wild idea involving his Miami apartment and a Pagani Zonda R.
Successful racing drivers often have a lot of money and drive amazing cars in real life as well as on the track.
But this guy went even further.
He turned his Pagani Zonda R into a piece of furniture.

A while back, Indy Pro race car driver Pablo Pérez Companc decided what was really missing in his life was a Pagani Zonda R right in the middle of the living room of his Miami apartment.
Actually, we should probably rephrase it.
Because Pérez Companc actually used his Zonda R as an installation/room divider to separate his living room from his bedroom.

What makes the whole thing even crazier is that this isn’t even a one-off as several people do this sort of thing.
Not long ago, an Australian businessman paid to have his McLaren Senna GTR hoisted to his penthouse back in 2023, while over in the US, a wealthy man from Seattle had his McLaren Elva lifted 48 stories.
As for Pérez Companc, part of the reason why he was allowed to do this is that he’s personal friends with Horacio Pagani himself.
With the help of Pagani’s founder, Companc was able to get an ultra-limited edition of the Zonda lifted to his apartment via a crane and securely fixed to the wall to break up the room.

However, and this is important, we should point out that the spectacular vehicle that’s being relegated to little more than a dividing wall came straight from the Pagani production line, and it isn’t a road-going car.
Only a handful of Pagani Zonda Rs were made, and this isn’t one of them.
This, according to Companc, is just an empty chassis.
