Rolls-Royce has unveiled its stunning one-off bespoke Spectre Semaphore in an attention-grabbing yellow colorway.

The iconic Spectre has been given a coat of bright yellow paint, which has been topped off with a trippy, psychedelic-looking silver and yellow swirled design on the hood.

The luxury carmaker says the one-off design is a nod to its ‘confident, youthful client base’.

The one-off Rolls-Royce Spectre features a bold yellow colorway

We’re no stranger to bespoke Rolls-Royce vehicles.

High-end tuning company Mansory has created some incredible-looking conversions, including this custom Rolls-Royce Phantom dubbed the ‘Duke of Darkness’; this eye-catching all-purple Cullinan; and this Rolls-Royce Spectre in a ‘champagne-bottle colorway’.

However, this complete one-off has been created by Rolls-Royce itself in honor of the upcoming 2024 Monterey Car Week in California.

The car, which is set to make its debut at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, on 16 August, is painted in ‘Bespoke Semaphore Yellow’.

The paintjob is ‘further elevated with a unique artwork on the bonnet, inspired by the informal elegance of coastal California,’ according to Rolls-Royce

The hood design, which is made up of yellow and silver paint is dubbed the ‘Marbled Paint Spill’ and is ‘an abstract tribute to the Golden State and its diverse environment.’

The press release states: “From the sunshine of Southern California to the eastern silver mountain tops, the bespoke artisans have brought this inspiration to reality”.

Fancy.

The car’s swirl design involved 160 hours of work

The design was created using silver lacquer and multiple layers of clearcoat, taking a staggering 160 hours of design, development, and production.

“This highly bespoke expression of Rolls-Royce Spectre captures the bold new codes of luxury being established by the marque’s confident, youthful client base,” the company said.

The bold yellow color scheme continues inside the car, featuring leather seats in a combination of Bespoke Lemon Yellow and Citrine Yellow with Grace White and Slate Grey accents and a high-gloss lacquered bespoke wood set.

As you’d expect from Rolls-Royce every single detail has been carefully considered and even the Spectre’s SPIRIT operating system has been programmed to illuminate instrument dials in the Semaphore Yellow colorway.

Rolls-Royce has said just one of the cars will ever be made – and it will go on proud display at the prestigious US car meeting next week.

Groovy, baby.
