This Rolls-Royce Champagne Chest is absolutely dripping in luxury and is a genuine triumph of bespoke craft.

It’s made with the same care, precision, and high standards that the British car manufacturer uses to make its cars.

If you want a conversation piece in your mansion or to seriously impress your friends at a garden party, this is exactly the piece for you.

You’ll also probably have to be a multi-millionaire, though – or really like champagne and caviar.

This Rolls-Royce Champagne Chest is the last word in luxury

Come on, just look at it.

Sure, the Rolls-Royce Champagne Chest might be a luxury item that only people in the top 0.00001 percent can afford, but it’s absolutely beautiful.

In the same way that we can all appreciate a Rolls-Royce Phantom – especially this bespoke 007 one – without having one in our garage, we can appreciate this too.

This case transforms at the simple touch of a button, revealing the champagne – although presumably you could use any bottle you wanted –  in one smooth movement.

On its website, the luxury brand describes this masterpiece as ‘a triumph of design and precision engineering’ and ‘crafted for special moments of conviviality’.

Let’s just have a look at that craft, shall we?

The website continues: “Like every Rolls-Royce motor car, the Champagne Chest marries fine materials with master craftsmanship.

“The aluminium chassis is swathed in natural grain black leather, flanked by Tudor oak wood.”

This is reminiscent of the interior of many of their cars, which can take many months to make from scratch.

Or the famous Spirit of Ecstasy figurine that adorns every Rolls-Royce dashboard.

Then, there’s the contents of the piece, which are equally as lavish.

There’s much more to this chest than just drinks

Rolls-Royce explains: “The champagne flutes are hand-blown crystal with a polished aluminium base.

“The caviar spoons are Mother of Pearl, ensuring delicate flavours are not impaired. “And the serving tray is made of Tudor oak wood, with the Spirit of Ecstasy inlaid in stainless steel.”

There’s the thing with this – it might be a vaguely ridiculous purchase for most of us ordinary folk, but if you want something that is built properly and built to the highest possible standards – and you can afford it – here you are.

The British luxury carmaker has poured every bit of creativity and craft into this piece, and it really shows – it’s minimal when closed, genuinely stunning when opened, and ‘comes alive, with a sense of [theater]’.

As for the price, well – you’ve guessed it – you have to ask.

As the old saying goes, if you have to ask…

For the rest of us, there’s the equally quirky – but more attainable – Renault 5 that comes with a baguette holder.
