Shaq splashes his cash on the wildest custom 2025 Chevy 2500 ZR2 with red underglow

Shaq doesn’t mess around when it comes to beastly vehicles, but this latest custom 2025 Chevy 2500 ZR2 truck might be one of his best ever.

The sports legend is often spotted out and about in a car collection that would leave anyone wide-eyed.

But his latest Chevy Silverado has just been passed through the upgrade machine, as many of his cars are, and it’s churned out a magnificent creature.

This is his 2025 Chevy 2500 ZR2, stacked up and snarling.

Basketball Hall of Famer and American celebrity Shaquille O’Neal has to make sure his cars to fit his gargantuan frame, and often needs them custom built.

It’s the reason why his Lucid Air is a one-off two-door coupe; he needed more leg room.

But even the biggest cars in his collection have gotten a facelift.

Now, he’s taken charge of a 2025 Chevy 2500 ZR2, and its uplifting makeover turns the truck into an absolute animal.

Made by Effortless Motors, the team responsible for a lot of his custom builds, including his legendary Hellcat, this Chevy Silverado has been put on stilts with a red underglow, accentuating the angry Forgiato wheels.

Fitted with his signature ‘Diesel’ logo and painted in a slate grey metallic finish, the huge truck stands as tall as the famed baller himself.

It’s not clear how much he paid to have the $83,000 car modified, as the half-a-billion-dollar man rarely discloses prices, but you can bet it was a pretty penny.

Earlier this year, Shaq had a purge on his car collection, selling off 10 of his custom designs, including a Hellcat, a Rolls-Royce, and his Cybertrucks.

Fortunately, he kept his beloved Dodge Challenger Hellcat Widebody.

Still, it’s made room for a handful of new Escaldade IQs and this Chevy 2500 ZR2.

Whether we’ll see it as his daily driver is another matter.
