Supercar Blondie got to see Saudi Arabia's first ever production car the Ceer Exobot Sedan and it has so many cool details

Alex Hirschi, aka Supercar Blondie, traveled to Saudi Arabia to check out the first ever Saudi-made car, the Ceer Exobot.
There are several Easter Eggs and references to the Kingdom, starting with the name.
And it’s electric, of course.
And there’s something else about it we need to talk about it because this car features components from a long list of familiar names.
Saudi Arabia’s first car is massive
The first thing that stands out is the sheer size.
The Ceer Exobot is around 5.26 meters long – the doors alone are 3 meters long.
Speaking of doors, they’re falcon wing doors, but you can also call them Shahin Wing Doors, which is a tribute to a species of peregrine falcon that’s one of the symbols of Saudi.
There are more similar nods throughout the vehicle.
The name, for example, it’s simply the English-language (as in, in Latin characters) translation of the word ‘seer’, which roughly translated means to move forward.
The infotainment screen is also bilingual, available in Arabic and English, and it’s fully integrated with Siri.
As Alex demonstrated in the video below, you can say: “Hey Siri, close the door.”
The Ceer Exobot, just like the upcoming Exobot SUV, is part of Saudi’s Vision 30 economic diversification initiative, hence the name.
There’s more: the front light bars feature 32 lighting elements – a direct reference to 1932, the year of Saudi Arabia’s unification.
The Ceer is actually powered by Rimac technology
Designed by Rob Melville, former Chief Designer at McLaren, the Ceer Exobot features an electric powertrain with 1,111 horsepower, capable of propelling to 60 in just 2.1 seconds.
The technology, by the way, comes from Rimac.
This is a little-known fact about Rimac.
Most people think it’s a car company and owner of Bugatti, but they actually provide components (in this case, rear electric drive systems) to other car makers.
The motor is provided by Hyundai, and BMW helped with this car as well.
The underlying platform, the EV software, and the electrical architecture comes from another familiar brand, Foxconn, the same company that assembles iPhones.
Also, and this is hugely important, the Ceer features both steer-by-wire and four-wheel steering, which means it’ll be super maneuverable despite being gigantic.
This is just the start, by the way.
The Ceer Exobot sedan is scheduled to debut in January 2027, followed by six more models – including an equivalent SUV and also vehicles with hybrid options – by 2030.
