10. Aston Martin Vantage V12 – $298,000

2022 saw the arrival of the Aston Martin V12 Vantage, the model’s most potent version with a 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 under its hood.

The V12 variant of the Vantage boasts 690bhp and will sprint from 0-100km/h (0-62mph) in just 3.5 seconds.

The last and final version of the V12 Vantage looks amazing, and has huge power and performance to match.

9. Ferrari 296 GTB – $321,000

As electrification takes over, even Ferrari has been forced to start moving away from its staple diet of V8 and V12 power plants.

Up steps the 296 GTB, Ferrari’s first roadgoing V6 engine supplemented by two turbochargers and an electric motor.

Combined, the Ferrari 296 GTB delivers 819bhp which is sufficient enough to propel the plug-in hybrid supercar to 100km/h (62mph) in only 2.9 seconds and on to a top speed of over 330km/h (205mph).

8. Porsche 911 GT3 RS – $224,000

The most extreme Porsche 911 ever produced, the GT3 RS isn’t just inspired by motorsport, it’s a full-blown race car, albeit one with license plates.

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS’ 4.0-liter naturally-aspirated flat-six engine produces 518bhp and 347 lb-ft of torque, propelling it from 0-100km/h (0-62mph) in 3.2 seconds and on to a top speed of 296km/h (184mph).

Ok, those aren’t quite the outputs we’re used to seeing with modern hybrid supercars, but that’s not the point of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS.

7. Pininfarina Battista – $2.2 million

We’d known it was coming for some time, but the Pininfarina Battista finally entered production this year.

The Rimac Nevera’s twin under the skin, it shares the same 120kWh battery pack and quartet of electric motors.

Those four motors have a combined output of 1,877hp which will get you from 0-100km/h (0-62mph) in less than two seconds before reaching a top speed of 350km/h (217mph).

6. De Tomaso P900 – $3 million

In 2022, De Tomaso joined the ultra-high-end, multi-million dollar hypermarket with the P900.

This adrenaline-pumping track toy boasts a bespoke 888bhp naturally-aspirated V12 engine that revs all the way to 12,300rpm.

The P900 can be run solely on synthetic fuel, which De Tomasso said is “in essence, the world’s first carbon-neutral V12.”

5. Ferrari SP51

Earlier this year, Ferrari unveiled its latest one-off-build from its Special Projects division – the stunning SP51.

Built for a long-time Ferrari client in Taiwan, every element of it from the ground up was specified with the customer and, as such, it wears completely unique bodywork and has a unique interior to match.

That being said, the Ferrari SP51 is based on the 812 GTS underneath, sharing the same chassis and 6.5-liter V12.

The Ferrari SP51 price has not yet been revealed.

4. Maserati MC20  – $212,000

It might have been 18 years since Maserati last released a supercar, but it has been worth the wait.

Not only does the Maserati MC20 boast jaw-dropping looks, it has the straight-line performance to match, powered by a screaming 3.0-liter 621bhp twin-turbo V6.

The Maserati MC20 has definitely earned a place at the highest level of the supercar elite.

3. Lotus Evija – $2.3 million

The Lotus Evija marks a new and exciting chapter in the British automaker’s history, while also setting the stage for future electric hypercars.

The quickest – and quietest – Lotus ever, the Evija’s four electric motors generate a total output of 1,972bhp and 1,254 lb-ft of torque, sprinting to 100km/h (62mph) in under three seconds.

With all those horses on tap, the Evija is an electrified hypercar that takes power and performance to new heights.

2. Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato – $267,000

It wasn’t too long ago that the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato made its public debut at Art Basel, Miami.

The company’s first off-road supercar, under the hood is a 5.2-liter V10 engine with a maximum output of 602bhp and 413 lb-ft of torque.

Offering optimum performance on unpaved and sandy surfaces, the Huracán Sterrato will accelerate from 0-100km/h (0-62mph) in 3.4 seconds, reaching a top speed of 260km/h (160mph).

1. Praga Bohema – $1.35 million

Praga may have been making cars for 115 years, but in 2022 the Czech automaker revealed the ‘Praga Bohema’ – its first road-legal hypercar.

It features the same engine Nissan has used in all of its GT-R models since 2007 – a 3.8-liter, twin-turbo V6.

Lichfield Motors has gone to town tuning it, though, so Praga hopes the production car will deliver 700bhp and 535 lb-ft of torque.
