This 144-foot $53,500,000 superyacht favored by Rihanna and ASAP Rocky looks more like a floating palace than a boat

This 144-foot $53,500,000 superyacht, one that’s played host to celebrities like Rihanna and ASAP Rocky, is so sumptious calling it a boat simply doesn’t cover it.

This Is It is a futuristic catamaran that has been turning heads since it evolved from concept to real-life showstopper.

It even made a splash at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024 before popping up in celebrity circles and on influencers’ Instagram feeds.

Now, it is reportedly on the market for the first time, for ownership rather than charter, with an asking price of $53.5 million.

144-foot superyacht that feels like a floating palace

This Is It is a 144-foot catamaran superyacht built by Tecnomar, and it was commissioned for an owner who wanted something nobody had seen before.

The result is all sharp lines, asymmetry, and a bizarre but iconic silhouette that stands out in any marina.

A huge amount of glass was used throughout, which helps the yacht feel more like a modern holiday villa than a typical boat.

One of the biggest flexes sits on the deck: a glass-bottom pool with a waterfall that spills down the side.

The main saloon leans hard into indoor-outdoor living, thanks to disappearing doors and a layout designed to keep the sea always in view.

There is also a dedicated card area and even a humidor, because of course there is.

Then there is the bar, which is wrapped in leather and positioned under a dramatic crystal light feature by Preciosa, adding a very nightclub vibe to the lounge space.

A cozier TV corner with a lower ceiling keeps things from feeling too sterile, so it’s still somewhere you actually want to hang out.

Rihanna and ASAP Rocky approve

This yacht reportedly hosted Rihanna and A$AP Rocky during the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, which tells you everything about the luxury level it is playing at.

It accommodates up to 12 guests across five en suite cabins, with an owner’s suite designed to feel properly private.

That suite reportedly includes a king-sized bed, an 11-foot asymmetrical skylight, a private lounge, and a panoramic terrace finished in stone.

Beyond the guest spaces, This Is It also packs in an office, a tender garage, and crew quarters, plus a spa on the upper deck.

It is powered by twin MTU diesel engines with a reported top speed of 19 knots, a cruising speed of 14 knots, and a range of 3,600 nautical miles.

Currently living in Athens, Greece, it is the kind of listing that blows anyone’s mind.
