Pilot captures surreal view as city lights guide a night landing

There’s nothing like this breathtaking footage that this pilot captured – a surreal view as the bright city lights guide him and his airplane on a night landing.

This footage was taken on a Saudia Airlines Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner as the pilot brought the wide-body aircraft into Jeddah, a city in Saudi Arabia, under the cover of night.

The video, published by Air-Clips.com, was captured on the flight deck, and the darkness of night makes it harder to navigate, so the bright lights of Jeddah were used for navigation.

Around ten miles from the airport, the airplane is lined up to land properly on the runway, but you can check out the dazzling video above and see for yourself.
