The owner of this sprawling hidden junkyard in Tennessee is selling off more than 30 classic cars.

The huge junkyard is packed with vintage vehicles, including several muscle cars.

After holding onto the collection for years, the owner has decided to sell up.

And there are some neat little hidden gem restoration projects up for grabs.

The hidden junkyard is packed with classic cars

While most of us think of junkyards as places where cars go at the end of their lives, they can be home to some very cool, long-forgotten classics that have the potential to serve as great project vehicles.

Like this Mercedes that was rescued and given a slick 300 SL restomod, or this guy who bought his dream Corvette after spotting it rusting away in a car graveyard

Over in Rogersville, Tennessee, this hidden junkyard is full of classic muscle cars and other vintage vehicles.

The team from Backyard Barn Finds headed out to check what was stashed away and were left blown away by the sheer volume of cars.

The owner Patrick, said almost all of the cars at the junkyard were for sale, and there were some real hidden gems.

As the team took a closer look around, they discovered a couple of Chevrolet Corvairs, including a 1963 Corvair Monza, and some second-generation Pontiac Firebirds and Trans-Ams.

There are also several Ford Mustangs, including a rare Cobra II model, and Studebakers.

Of course, this is a junkyard – so, as you might expect, the cars aren’t exactly in tip-top condition, with rusting, damage, and some missing parts.

But plenty of these vehicles would make a great restoration project for a car lover who wants to get one of these classics restored to its former glory.

Best junkyard finds

Although at first glance, it may seem as though a hidden junkyard isn’t the best place to snag yourself a car, some folks have managed to get their hands on some very cool cars for next to nothing

Out in Detroit, one man found a virtually untouched 1970 Camaro, as well as a 1969 Mach 1 Mustang.

And in Utah, a car enthusiast paid just $250 to get himself a BMW 528i that he was able to convert into his own budget-friendly drifting machine.
