The Tesla Cybertruck Foundation Series is already a rare sight on the road, but one proud owner says it’s also the best truck he’s ever had.
After 14 months and 13,000 miles, he claims there hasn’t been a single problem that Tesla’s Service Center didn’t fix right away.
Considering how the truck sometimes gets in the news for having technical issues, this is a pretty bold statement.
But when you look at what this stainless-steel beast packs, it’s easy to see why they’re so impressed.

How the Tesla Cybertruck Foundation Series is a complete showstopper
The driver shared his favorite features on a Facebook group for Cybertruck owners, and the list is pretty lengthy.
He said in the post: “Cybertruck AWD Fundation Series, owner for 14 months, 13k miles, no problem that has not been resolved quickly in the Service Center, what an extraordinary and amazing truck!!”
He also shared his excitement regarding the vehicle’s ultra-tough 30X stainless steel exoskeleton, which is the same material that gives the Cybertruck its futuristic armor look.

Other notable features include the adaptive air suspension, four-wheel drive, and bidirectional charging, meaning it can power your house or tools in a pinch.
Add Autopilot, Full Self-Driving (via over-the-air updates), and active torque vectoring, and this truck feels closer to a spaceship than a pickup.
Still, the Tesla Cybertruck Foundation Series isn’t just about flashy tech.
Its active torque vectoring and electro-mechanical front differential make it surprisingly capable off-road.

The air suspension can lift or lower on command, while the steer-by-wire system offers razor-sharp control.
Even when the EV is parked, it’s a complete showstopper.
Whether you love it or hate it, you have to admit that nothing else looks like it.
Tesla Cybertruck sales have been falling
Yet for all the hype, sales tell a more grounded story.
While Tesla supposedly received over a million Cybertruck reservations before its release, the actual sales are much lower.
In Q2 2025, Tesla only sold 5,000 units, which is a big fall from previous quarters.
The situation is reportedly so dire that SpaceX, another of Elon Musk’s companies, had to take delivery of hundreds of unsold Cybertrucks, with thousands more on the way.

Still, the truck has its fair share of passionate fans, and to them, the Cybertruck Foundation Series is everything Tesla promised.
It’s fast, futuristic, and built like nothing else on the road.
Sure, it’s not for everyone, but for believers in bold engineering, the Cybertruck is more of an experience than a truck.
