After eight months of flipping cars to save up cash, this American man flew 2,853 miles to Wyoming to meet a seller offering up his dream car.
YouTuber Doug Vargo had racked up $12,733 over months of hard work.
Now it was time for his reward – the car that he had been working toward for years.
But would it be worth the wait when he finally made it out to Jackson Hole?
Would this dream car be worth the waiting after months of flipping cars?
Anyone who has waited a long while to get their hands on a dream car will know how satisfying it is.
For one man, it took him 20 years to get the Lamborghini Gallardo he’d been dreaming of since he was a kid.
And that wasn’t anything compared to one North Carolina man, who waited 34 years for his dream Ferrari.
But things don’t always pan out as they hoped, as one man discovered when he got his hands on a BMW Z3M Coupe.
How would things work for Doug Vargo, who had spent months flipping cars to save up cash for his Nissan 350Z?
Well, we sure hope so because he’d flown 2,853 miles to pick up the car that he’d only seen online.
Paying $12,000 in cash, the remaining $733 would be used for the trip home.
The Nissan 350Z in question only had 74,000 miles on the clock, and had been kept in a garage for 11 years.

Immediately after purchase, Vargo started having some anxieties about what had just unfolfed.
He now had to drive 3,000 miles to get home in a car that had no guarantee of reliability?
Could it be done? Or would he be experiencing a bitter feeling of buyers remorse on the side of the road?
How the long drive home in the Nissan 350Z went
The trip back home would span several days and see Vargo travel through Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Indiana, and Ohio.
That’s quite the cross-country trip.
After 39 hours of driving, he arrived back in his home-state of Pennsylvania.

Getting to see a broad swath of the country and securing his dream car? Sounds like a win-win to us.
“I’ve learned that the more important things is the people you meet along the way, the funny moments that happen, and most importantly, how fun the journey is to reaching a goal,” Vargo said.
“Through all of this, I’ve learned there’s no amount of money that can truly satisfy you.”
