This Utah man tried to order as many Tesla Cybertrucks as possible, and ended up experiencing unexpected consequences.

The host of the What’s Inside? Family YouTube channel wanted to test the limits of the Tesla website.

He was going to place a refundable $100 deposit each time, with several credit cards on hand.

However, things didn’t entirely go to plan.

This man wanted to see how many Tesla Cybertrucks he could buy in one go

To say that this YouTuber was a Tesla fan would be an understatement.

He’s delivered his verdict on several of the manufacturers vehicles, from the Model X to the Cybertruck.

But this time around, he was doing something a little different.

He wanted to see how many Cybertrucks he could order, by placing refundable $100 deposits one after another.

At first, it seemed to be going off without a hitch as a message saying ‘Your order is complete’ flashed up on the screen.

The orders started racking up, but things soon hit a snag after around 10 orders.

A message popped up on the screen – ‘There was a problem processing your payment. Please check and try again or contact your card issuing bank’.

“One credit card down…I’ve got more where that came from,” he said.

How many did he order in total?

Not one to be deterred, the Utah Tesla fan kept going with additional cards.

The pattern seemed to be that cards would stop working after around 10 purchases.

By the end of the video, he’d placed orders for 51 Cybertrucks, approximately worth $3.5 million if he went ahead with the purchases.

He speculated that the website might have a ‘bot limit’ that would restrict the amount of orders that could be placed at one time.

We can only imagine the look on his face if all 51 of those Cybertrucks actually arrived at his house.

It’s a good thing those deposits are refundable, right?

But then again, people have made use of multiple Cybertrucks before – in the Las Vegas Police Department, for one thing.
