Supercar Blondie 2023 Giveaway is powered by Vantage International Group Limited (herein “the Company” or “Vantage”) to the Company’s clients and non-clients (“participants”).

GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Giveaway will be held from Wednesday 12 Sep (5:30pm GMT) to Sunday 17 Sep (9pm GMT), both dates inclusive. Only entries as defined below received by Vantage during the Giveaway Period are eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. This Giveaway is open to both Vantage clients and non-clients aged 18 and above at the point of submission from all countries except Australia, United Kingdom, and prohibited jurisdictions at the Company’s discretion.
3. By participating in this Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You represent and warrant that all details you have provided are true, accurate and complete.
4. Vantage reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate this Giveaway or amend any of its Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion.
5. In case of any suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse or breach of the Terms and Conditions, Vantage reserves the right to reject/refuse any subscription to the Giveaway, cancel/alter/reverse any rewards or promotional incentives, and/or withdraw the eligibility of any participants, at its absolute discretion, without prior notice or liability to any person. Vantage further reserves the right to disqualify or reject any participant at any stage of the Giveaway without any notice or justification.
6. Vantage’s decision or resolution regarding the award of all prizes, disqualification of any participant and/or in every situation including any not covered by these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants of the Giveaway. Vantage is not obliged to address or respond to any queries, challenges, or appeals made against the Company’s decision pertaining to this Giveaway.

GIVEAWAY DETAILS

7. The Giveaway will be posted on Supercar Blondie’s official website (https://scblondiestg.wpengine.com/), official Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/supercarblondie/) and official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/supercarblondie/).
8. To be eligible, participants are required to complete the following during the Giveaway Period:
i. Complete the form with the required details on the landing page https://scblondiestg.wpengine.com/vantage-foundation-giveaway/
ii. Follow Vantage Foundation Org on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/vantagefdn/) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/vantagefdn)
9. An entry will only be valid if the landing page form has managed to capture the participant’s details successfully.
10. Each participant can only submit one (1) entry to the Giveaway. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant submits multiple entries to the Giveaway, only the first valid entry will be eligible for the Giveaway.
11. A total of one (1) eligible participant will be selected randomly as the winner at the end of the Giveaway Period in accordance with clause 8.

PRIZE

12. The prizes for the competition will be:
– Attendance to the Vantage Foundation event in Woking, UK, on Wednesday 4th October at the McLaren  Technology Centre.
– Return flights to the UK for the event.
– Hotel accommodation for two (2) nights.
13. Supercar Blondie will announce the winners of the Giveaway via the same landing page on the official Supercar Blondie website and social posts captions from the official Supercar Blondie accounts within 10 working days from the end of the Giveaway.
14. The winners will also be notified by email from Supercar Blondie. If any winner fails to reply within two (2) working days from the date of the email, the unclaimed prize(s) may be forfeited. No payment or compensation of any kind will be made for any unclaimed, uncollected, misplaced, or stolen prize(s).
15. The winners will be required to provide all information requested in order for the prize to be fulfilled. Winners are solely responsible for providing accurate personal information as per requirements. The information collected will be used only for the purpose of this Giveaway.
16. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
17. Each eligible participant is limited to one (1) prize only, which is inclusive of one (1) accompanying guest should they choose.
18. Supercar Blondie will contact the successful participant following the winner announcement in order to collect all the information for themselves and accompanying guest in order to fulfil the prize.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to all offers/promotions/giveaways (“offers”), unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• All Vantage offers are only available in accordance with applicable law.
• Vantage offers are not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their own trading strategies.
• Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level.
• New Accounts are subject to approval as per Vantage’s account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with Vantage.
• Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are not eligible to participate in Vantage offers.
• Vantage reserves the right to stop client claiming credit bonus from promotions if your deposit is made via e-wallet/cryptocurrency channel including but not limited to: USDT, Neteller and Skrill.
• Clients are not allowed to use the credit bonus to hedge positions. Vantage reserves the right to cancel a client’s eligibility to participate in any credit bonus offers, remove partial/all credit bonus from his/her trading account and partial/all profit generated by hedging positions without further notice.
• Vantage reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explain the reasons for such a decline.
• Vantage reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its offers or promotions if: a) Churning (opening and closing of Margin FX or CFD transaction just for the benefit of earning a benefit); b) the client is found to be in violation of its Client Agreement or has breached the promotions terms and conditions. In case such misconduct or the breach, Vantage shall have the right to deduct any bonus amounts from the trading account.
• Vantage may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on Vantage website. You are advised to revise these Terms regularly, and by your continued use of Vantage website and services that you accept any such modified terms. Vantage reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion at any time.
• All Vantage promotions only apply to Vantage standard accounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Vantage will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense or damage which may be suffered in connection with this offer and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.
• If these terms and conditions are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
