Man bought house and got to keep everything in it, made his money back on the three cars in the yard

A YouTuber bought a house and he got to keep everything he found in it, including a small car collection.

The thing is, the value of the car collection alone means the house essentially paid for itself.

What’s interesting is that one of these cars is an ex-police vehicle.

For one good reason, that’s not shocking at all.

The car collection included with the house

Alex Archbold, the man behind the Curiosity Incorporated YouTube channel, bought a house and, included in the sale, he also got to keep everything that came with, or in, the house.

There’s some interesting stuff inside the house, for example, a real mackerel shark’s tooth, and there are a couple of vintage motorcycles in the garage.

But the most interesting part, if you’re a petrolhead, is outside.

Parked right behind the house are three vehicles.

They’re not exactly rare or special, but then again the house didn’t cost much.

We’ve got a Chevrolet Cobalt, a relatively dull compact car, but also a Ford truck and a Ford Crown Vic.

Ford trucks in the US are like Fiat 500s or Vespas in Italy.

Statistically, everyone either has one now, or had one at some point, or, worst-case scenario, they know somebody who does.

But the most interesting car is the Crown Vic, partly because it’s an American classic, but also because it’s an ex-police car.

Once again, statistics are on our side.

Just about every and any Ford Crown Vic in America is, or was, either a taxi or a police car at some point.

Sometimes you can even find street-legal full-code police cars available for sale.

Meanwhile, in Irvine the police department officially unveiled the first US Tesla Cybertruck police car last month.

The YouTuber behind this purchase

The YouTuber behind this purchase is particularly good at this sort of thing.

A while back, he bought a completely destroyed Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow – not unlike the one that had belonged to Freddie Mercury and sold for $340,000.

It was in terrible condition but he was able to bring it back to life.

As a result, he essentially got himself a good-as-new Rolls-Royce at a fraction of the price.
