A 1963 Ford Falcon barn find that spent 30 years hidden away is now being sold for less than the price of a new iPhone 17.

Finding a gem hiding in a barn or garage is something special, and now one has cropped up on Craigslist after being hidden for three decades.

It’s a 1963 Ford Falcon, not a particularly special or rare car by any means, but one that is still very popular and an ideal classic car.

Despite all the dirt and dust, it could make a superb restoration project.

The 1963 Ford was hidden for over three decades

According to the seller of the car, it was parked in a barn over 30 years ago.

Typical of a barn find, there was plenty of dust and dirt collected over the years.

Clearly, the car isn’t in the cleanest state, but looking under the hood, the Ford does still have its V8 engine.

That is a bonus for any potential restorer.

The bodywork is showing its age because there are plenty of dents and dings across the car.

Inside is where a lot of work is needed, as the interior of the Falcon has been totally gutted.

There is still the steering wheel and dashboard.

But at this point, it might be easier to create an entirely new interior.

How much is the classic Falcon being sold for?

If you want to get your hands on this car, then you don’t need a lot of money.

In fact, the seller has the car listed for $950 at the time of writing.

To put that into context, the iPhone 17 Pro that was just launched costs $1,099.

Now, the caveat here is that to restore this Ford Falcon, you will need much more than the cost of an iPhone.

Plus, there is every chance that this particular Falcon is beyond salvation, judging by its condition.

But worse cars have somehow made it back onto the road.

As long as it’s not rotten, then maybe this classic Ford will have a chance at redemption one day.
