This one-owner 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT came with an original price tag of $63,335, but it recently sold at auction for less than half of that.
Ford unveiled its first ever all-electric Mustang in 2019, and it went on sale the following year.
The EV SUV has been a hit for Ford, back in 2022, the carmaker had to stop accepting new orders due to high demand.
And just last month, figures revealed that the Mach-E was outselling its gas-powered counterparts 2:1.

Generally speaking, EVs depreciate faster than ICE-powered vehicles, meaning that if you’re looking to buy an all-electric you can save a huge chunk of cash buying newish rather than brand-new.
Take a look at this 2023 BMW i7 xDrive60, which cost more than $130,000 but sold for just $57,751 less than two years on, or this $54,190 Tesla Model Y sold for $24,888 after the owner put 50,000 miles on the clock.

It was a similar story for this 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT that was bought new in California.
The EV is finished in Grabber Blue Metallic and sits on 20-inch alloy wheels with red brake calipers
Inside, there’s a black interior with power-adjustable and heated front seats, Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist 2.0, and a Bang & Olufsen sound system.
Mach-E features a dual motor all-electric powertrain that offers up to 480 horsepower, 600-lb-ft of torque and a range of up to 270 miles.
The 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT has had just one owner and who has put 26,300 miles on the odometer.
The car is in great shape, but the listing did highlight a couple of scrapes on the front lower bumper, while its history report notes some ‘minor damage’ sustained in 2024.
The interiors are a similar story with some creases on the driver’s seat bolsters and a bit of wear on the trim panels.

The 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT was listed for sale on Car & Bids where it attracted 15 bids and ended up selling for just $27,000 – less than half of its original price.
One Mach-E owner held onto his after seeing how much it had depreciated
Although the owner of the 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT was seemingly happy to sell for a lot less than he originally paid, that wasn’t the case for a fellow Mach-E owner.
He listed his for sale online back in February, where he revealed it had cost him $72,590.
However, after attracting a top bid of just $31,000, he decided to hold onto it himself.
“Thank you for the offer even after the time was up,” he said after the bidding closed. “After putting everything together, I believe it would be a big loss for me to part with her.
“So, I’ve decided to continue my adventures with her.”
