Piaget green watches, both models

Swiss watchmaker Piaget has just dropped an amazing duo of luxury watches with a green theme.

This should come as no surprise as green is one of the hottest colors in the watch world at the moment.

Both new Piaget watches are part of the ‘POLO‘ collection.

They share the same case, but design-wise, everything about them is different.

The skeletonized model features a stainless steel case with a matching bracelet, although a green leather strap is also available.

A closer look at the dial will reveal an intricate pattern of gears forming the movement that powers the wristwatch.

Obviously, the complexity of the design isn’t really doing the watch any favor in terms of legibility but that’s beside the point.

Collectors treat these timepieces as a work of art.

The other piece has a more conventional dial that’s a lot easier to read.

It features a lovely combination of rose gold indices and hands against a forest green dial.

The case is also made from 18k rose gold, and it is paired with a green leather strap.

When it comes to performance, there are negligible differences between the two Piaget watches.

They don’t use the same movement but they are both automatic, and both have a power reserve of 48 hours or more.

Other than some visual cues and the ‘beating heart’ under the dial, they have one more thing in common – the eye-watering price tag.

The skeletonized stainless steel version will set you back $46,400, while the rose gold model costs $44,900.
