Someone just discovered an abandoned 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier, and as it turns out, the car has quite a sad history.
The Chevrolet Cavalier spent only a short time on the road before it was parked in storage.
And there it stayed until its owner eventually died.
Until its recent discovery, the iconic coupe was all but forgotten about.

Hero discovers an abandoned Chevrolet Cavalier
After being rescued, the 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier went on sale on eBay.
But the page has since been taken down, which is quite a shame considering the reserve for the listing was set at $200.
The seller discovered the vehicle in the garage and said he saved it ‘from being left to die’.
Despite being stored away for so long, the Chevrolet Cavalier was in excellent condition.
Since the original owner bought the car and left it in the garage, it hasn’t been touched, just like this classic 1952 Chevy.
According to the seller, the car still has all its original parts and has never served as a donor for another project.
Condition of the car
It’s not the first time, someone has found a classic all-original Chevrolet Cavalier, but it is quite a rare beauty.
This 1989 coupe features a 3.1-liter engine.
However, it isn’t clear if it still runs or not after spending years in storage.
Classic cars like these need regular maintenance to function properly.
If you don’t know what kind of care your vehicles need, here’s how you can maintain and preserve your classic cars.
The first thing that the Cavalier will need is a good wash.
After that, a mechanic will be able to tell what parts need to be replaced or fixed.
Project cars like these often show up on the internet unannounced.
So if you want a cheap but cool car like this keep your eyes peeled.
