Last year, Adele purchased Sylvester Stallone’s Beverly Hills mansion for a staggering $58 million.
While that’s an incredible sum of money, the singer actually got a good deal on it, as its original price tag was $110 million.
But the deal could have fallen through if Stallone hadn’t agreed to one unique condition.

The pop star insisted that his bronze statue of Rocky Balboa remain at the house.
Stallone admitted that he had every intention of taking the poolside sculpture of the fictional boxing champion punching the air with him.
However, Adele said, “That’s a no deal. That’s gonna blow the deal.”
She wanted the statue and was going to make sure she got it.
Adele hasn’t been secretive about the fact she’s a massive Rocky fan.
So it’s no real surprise she was so keen to land the Beverly Hills mega-mansion and the Rocky statue that adorned the pool.
Listed by Coldwell Banker, this mansion is a seriously impressive property.
Spanning 3.5 acres, it comes with plenty of pedigree – and not just because it’s smack bang in the middle of Beverly Park.
The star-studded enclave is home to Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson, Justin Beiber and the later Sumner Redstone, who owned the house next to Stallone’s.
During the Oscar-nominated actor’s stay, he slowly transformed the once-Mediterranea-style compound into a more contemporary estate.
He touched up the living spaces with steel-freamed windows and doors, added an art studio in the eight-car garage, and also built a guesthouse.
For fun, Stallone added a movie theater, custom bar, gym and cigar room with an air-filtration system.
And funnily enough, the Rocky Balboa statue perched at the edge of the pool wasn’t the only one; there was one in the memorabilia room too.
Across 21,000 square feet are eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a two-story foyer, and formal living and dining areas.
Terraces and patios overlook the grounds, where rolling lawns surround a pool and putting green.
Since Adele bought the property, she’s also made some renovations, and the previous owner approves.
“I like what she’s doing,” Stallone told the Wall Street Journal.
“She’s making it gorgeous.”
