Man has $1,000 Alibaba boat shipped from China to Miami and gets a big surprise when unboxing

This man had a $1,000 Alibaba boat shipped into Miami from China, and he came across a big surprise while unboxing it.

Micah Toll, the host of YouTube channel Ebikeschool, is no stranger to ordering things in from China.

But this time around, he wouldn’t be dealing with something that rolled in on four wheels.

What exactly could he expect to get with a $1,000 boat?

What Micah Toll found on this $1,000 boat

In his time on YouTube, Toll has looked at a lot of Chinese imports, whether they be electric trucks, mini excavators, or cheap EVs.

So what would he find when he ordered a custom electric boat from Alibaba?

To spend $1,000 on a boat would seem like a steal in most people’s books, but many would say ‘You get what you pay for’.

With that in mind, had Toll found himself a diamond or a dud?

With the help of his dad, he took apart the extensive box that encased the boat to get a closer look at his order.

Inside the boat, he found some life jackets.

Now you would think that’d be pretty standard for a boat, but the sheer number of them was something else.

There were 10 life jackets sitting in this boat.

Toll estimated that the packaging and life jackets alone would have made up half of the total he paid.

And the boat itself?

Well, it came with some issues, namely, very low power – more suitable for ponds and lakes than rivers with currents.

Toll already had plans in mind for what he was going to change.

He wanted to add some solar panels onto the canopy so it could stay topped up without being plugged in, and he wanted to upgrade the motor.

Even still, we can’t help but be shocked by some of the wonders that have come out of Alibaba.

You can find all sorts of weird and wonderful stuff on there, from ‘Range Rovers’ to ‘Bugattis’.

We can’t wait to see what else comes out of that website.
