She’s known for taking rappers on awkward dates in fried chicken shops.

Now Amelia Dimoldenberg is taking on something even more terrifying – a driving test.

The British comedian and creator of ‘Chicken Shop Date’ has teamed up with Formula 1 for a new YouTube Original called ‘Passenger Princess’.

And this time, she’s learning to drive with a little help from the fastest instructors on Earth.

From Chicken Shop Dates to Passenger Princess

Produced by Amelia’s own company, Dimz Inc., ‘Passenger Princess’ is a four-part series where chaos meets carbon fiber.

It was filmed at the Belgian Grand Prix 2025 and follows Amelia as she swaps interviews for instruction, guided by George Russell, Carlos Sainz, Oscar Piastri, and rookie Ollie Bearman.

Each episode blends her trademark dry humor with high-speed panic, producing a comedy of errors on a Formula 1 circuit.

Formula 1 says the collaboration is part of its plan to reach new audiences and blur the line between culture and sport.

After ‘Drive to Survive’ and ‘F1’ the movie, this is the next big swing in a fast-growing media empire – one that now reaches 820 million fans.

It’s also a dose of girl power for a fanbase that’s 43 percent under 35 and nearly half women.

For Amelia, it’s a natural next act. From awkward chicken-shop banter to branded brilliance, Dimz Inc. has become its own mini studio.

It’s pushed her into everything from ‘Amelia’s Cooking Show’ to red-carpet interviews that outshine the actual premieres.

Now she’s expanding that world again.

This time with a steering wheel, a pit crew, and zero driving experience.

And we can’t wait to watch.

What we’ve seen so far of Amelia Dimoldenberg behind the wheel

If the teaser clip (which you can find below) is anything to go by, this might be the funniest thing F1’s ever filmed.

“Hi, it’s Amelia, and I don’t know how to drive,” she says, before asking George Russell for ‘one piece of advice’ as she begins.

“Don’t crash,” he offers.

Moments later, he’s yelling ‘Brake! Brake! Brake!’ like his life depends on it.

Her instructors do their best to stay calm but it’s chaos from the first gear.

Fans online are already obsessed, with one person writing: “This crossover is the best I’ve seen.”

It’s peak Amelia: sharp, self-aware, and exactly as unbothered as you’d expect.

Driving might not be her thing.

But making the world watch?

That, she’s got down to a science.
